The non-surgical rhinoplasty is when injectable fillers are used to alter and shape a person’s nose. The filler used is made out of hyaluronic acid, and here at My Pure Aesthetics, we use lead brands such as Restylane and Juvederm.
This treatment is suitable for anyone whose nose has depressed areas which would benefit from being filled in, to get rid of/smooth out bumps in bridges and the creation of a pointer tip but can not reduce the size.
The alternative for the non-surgical rhinoplasty can be a nose job. For many, going under-the-knife isn’t suitable – some can’t afford it and others prefer a less intrusive procedure. Non-surgical rhinoplasty results last between 12-18 months, reasonably priced and many patients do not even experience bruising. The treatment is carried out under local anaesthetic, which means that patients are awake and can therefore see what is being done.
The procedure takes around 15 minutes once injecting commences and there is no down-time which has resulted in many non-surgical rhinoplasties being carried out during lunch breaks!
We like to see our clients 2-3 weeks after carrying out the rhinoplasty to allow any (if any) swelling to completely settle before making sure we have used enough filler to smooth out any lumps/bumps. The 2nd check-over will allows us to see if any more filler is needed.

The process is as follows:
– the nose area is sterilised
– local anaesthetic is applied to the area
– once the area is numb, filler is then injected into the agreed areas
– when the injecting has finished, the area is lightly massaged by the practitioner
